Medifeet Return & Exchange Policy 

At Medifeet, we prioritize comfort, fit, and customer satisfaction above everything.
If you face any issue with size, design, or product condition, you may request a return or exchange under the following guidelines.


🔄 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


📦 Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the conditions below:

  • Shoes must be unused and unworn

  • Outdoor wear is not allowed — indoor trial only

  • No dirt, stains, folds, or damage on the product

  • Original box, tags, and packaging must be intact

  • Order ID or invoice must be provided

Items failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.


❌ Return Policy for Sale / Offer Items

  • Sale, discount, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • However, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return will be accepted


🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Order ID

  • Your name and phone number

Our support team will review and respond promptly.


🚚 Courier Charge Policy

  • If Medifeet delivers the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item
    ➜ All courier charges will be covered by Medifeet

  • If the customer requests a size change
    ➜ Courier charges must be paid by the customer


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • If the requested size/color is in stock →
    ➜ The exchange item will be booked within 48 hours

  • If out of stock →
    ➜ You may need to wait until restock

  • Estimated waiting time: 3–7 days


💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • COD order refunds will be issued via bKash or Nagad

  • Online payment refunds will be issued to the original payment method
