Medifeet – Shipping Policy

At Medifeet, our goal is to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of every product across Bangladesh. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed every day, including weekends (except government holidays).

  • Most orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM may be processed the next working day.

  • Certain products may require additional time due to production or stock availability, and customers will be notified if extra time is needed.


🚚 Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather, national holidays, or product type.

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days

Some products may take longer depending on shipment schedule or production status.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka

  • Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka

Note: Shipping charges may vary based on product type, weight, or special packaging requirements.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Medifeet.


💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide, across all districts of Bangladesh.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link from the courier partner.

  • You can track your order status anytime using that link.


🚫 Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may fail if:

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Address is incorrect

  • Customer is unavailable to receive the product

In such cases:

  • The parcel may return to us

  • Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee, payable by the customer


🔄 Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/video as proof via WhatsApp or email

If the issue is verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

  • All shipping costs will be covered by Medifeet


💳 Shipping Charge Refund Policy

  • If Medifeet sends the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item, we will refund the full shipping charge.

  • If delivery failure occurs due to customer error (wrong address, phone off, unavailability), the customer must bear the re-shipping cost.


📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all districts and major locations across Bangladesh.
Remote areas may experience slightly extended delivery times.
